Returns

You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is:

unused;
undamaged;
in its original packaging;
complete with any tags, labels or accessories included with the order.

Returns are made at the buyer's own cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked or signed-for postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.

Please include your order number, name and contact details inside the parcel so we can identify your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds will usually be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, not in its original packaging, or in a condition that makes it unsuitable for resale.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Original delivery charges may only be refunded where required by law.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair or refund.
